Tuesday, August 3rd
 9am – move in (horses, tradeshow)
10am - 4pm – Toonie Runs
Noon – 4pm – Registration, tradeshow building
Noon – 5pm – Tradeshow Opens
Noon – 5pm – Silent auction
6pm -  Steak supper at Rodeo's Bar & Grill, Travelodge *contact your directors for tickets
8 – 10 pm Tentative open riding **no barrels** Subject to Gord’s discretion

Wednesday, August 4th
8am – Youth first go
8am – registration/check in, tradeshow building
8am – 5pm – Tradeshow Open
10:30 am – 11:30 Break After youth 1 hour break for ground maintenance
11:30am – 6pm -  First go of the open
7 pm – AGM, or 1 hour after completion of 1st go, if open runs long

Thursday, August 5th
6:30 – 7:30am - Open riding, BARREL BONANZA horses only
8 - 10:30am - Youth 2nd go
9am – 5pm - Tradeshow Open
11 – 1pm - PeeWee & Barrel Bonanza first go
1 – 1:30pm -  BREAK
1:30 – 7pm -  Open 2nd go
7pm – Steak supper at Rodeo's Bar & Grill, Travelodge *contact your directors for tickets

Friday, August 6th
8-10 am - Barrel Bonanza 2nd go and peewee 2nd go,
9 am-1 pm - Tradeshow
10:30 am - PeeWee awards at tradeshow building
10am – 11 am - BREAK
11 am – 3pm - Youth and Open short go
3 – 4 pm - Immediately after short go – Mens Barrel Race **Rules to follow
4 pm - Awards immediately after Mens Race
4 pm - Tradeshow building must be cleared out
